Song Lo II Industrial Park (Song Lo commune, Phu Tho province) is planned with a total area of 165.65 hectares, oriented to become a modern industrial park with a reasonable land use structure, optimizing the land fund for industrial production activities and supporting services. The land use structure is as follows: Land for construction of factories and enterprises (120.44 hectares) for the development of production projects. Administrative – service land (3.25 hectares) is arranged for management, transaction activities and business support services. Land for technical infrastructure (1.99 hectares) ensures the efficient operation of electricity, water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment and technical works of the industrial park. Traffic land (18.13 hectares) is scientifically designed, creating a convenient connection network between production land plots and main traffic axes. Green land (16.68 hectares); Water surface land (5.16 hectares) contributes to improving the working environment and increasing the ability to regulate the microclimate.
